How To Show Respect in The Workplace?

• Treat people with respect and kindness.

• Listen to what your colleagues have to say and understand their thought process before expressing your own opinion.

• Never insult, name-call or belittle other people or their opinions.

• Be aware of your body language, tone of voice and your facial expressions when you are speaking and listening.

• Improve your interactions with your colleagues by being emotional intelligent, this will help you demonstrate empathy better.

• Include everyone in meetings, discussions, training and events; try to leave anyone out.

• Praise your colleagues more often.
