Slightly different post today, but all the more necessary.
There are times where you have done all that you can possibly do physically, and you are left with one option that is to be a patient and wait for the answer. You could be waiting for a response from your dream job that you had to go through a circuit of interviews for. Or a job promotion that you pushed yourself to apply for which you didn’t think you were good enough for, or even a life partner; the list is endless.
If there is one thing I have learnt, that is to maximize each moment. The moment of waiting should not be wasted, in fact it is a period to invest further in yourself and in others; whether that be serving your work colleagues, volunteering in your local community or investing in your talents. Because one thing is certain, the time will pass regardless so you may as well invest with that time.
What you are waiting for will come when you least expect it, and when you look back you want to rest assured knowing that you made the most of the time.
Patience is a virtue in life.
